Head of Operations

Pzaz is a venture-backed consumer goods and technology company developing superior alternatives to energy drinks and shots. Our breath spray is the world's most effective, portable, and fun way to wake up. Since launching in the summer of 2022, we've expanded to more than 200 retailers across the United States including a partnership with Urban Outfitters.



Pzaz is seeking to hire an experienced operations director with relevant leadership experience at an early-stage omnichannel consumer goods business. This person will work collaboratively with the founder to exceed expectations across supply chain, finance, and business development.


Specifically, this Head of Operations will oversee outreach, relationships, contracts, and cost reduction among:

  • International manufacturers of our bottles, packaging, and ingredients
  • Contract manufacturers who mix our formulation and fill/package our bottles
  • Logistics partners who transport freight internationally, distribute finished product to retailers domestically, warehouse inventory, and shipping individual product to Amazon and direct-to-consumers

A successful candidate will be excited about the market opportunity in rethinking energy. They should think and move quickly, be excellent at recruitment and team management, suited to cross-functional work with small and growing teams, and excited to set and convey goals with the team.

The candidate should have experience at early-stage consumer brands in a relevant industry such as food, beverage, supplements, cosmetics, or wellness.

Starting cash compensation: $125,000 - $165,000, with generous equity options reflective of an executive-track position. The company is headquartered in New York City but remote applicants will be considered.
